This is one of the colourful sea-side villages in Cinque Terre, Italy. Cinque Terre, as the name describes, is made up of five “lands”. These five villages, like this one, are built on steep hills and are all part of the Cinque Terre UNESCO heritage site. Living on a hill this close to the water isn’t without its dangers – such as floods and mudslides – but it sure is beautiful. It’s no wonder Cinque Terre attracts so many tourists! Until next week!
